Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Any options and costs available for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. This gives us time to verify your order and make any address changes before shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times

United Kingdom, United States and European Union: 5–7 business days
Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Delivery times start once your order has been processed and may be longer during peak periods. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. If your tracking looks stuck, email us your order number and we will chase it for you.

Changing your address

If you need to update your shipping address or order details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders shipped outside the country they are dispatched from, customs duties or import taxes may apply. Where they are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
